Abstracts

Abstracts of all paper’s plenary/invited lectures and poster presentations will be published in the book of abstracts. Deadline of the abstract submission is 15 September 2025. The abstract should be typed using MS Word.

Page Limit: One page maximum.

Content
  • Abstracts should be informative, carefully prepared, and highlight novel insights.
  • Clearly emphasize the scientific merit of the research.
  • Provide sufficient information to allow the Program Committee to assess the scientific merit of the proposed research.
Formatting Guidelines
  • Please prepare your abstract using the provided Word template ( Abstract Template IAMNOP-2025).
  • Do not modify the page layout or paragraph styles.
  • Abstract must be submitted in the .docx (Word File) format
  • The file size should not exceed 5 MB.
File Naming Convention
  • Name your abstract file as “M_Mohan.docx”, where M is First Letter of First Name and Mohan is the last name of the presenting author (e.g., if the presenting author's name is Man Mohan, the file should be named “M_Mohan.docx”).
Submission Process
When submitting your abstract through the portal, you will be required to:
  • Indicate type of delegate eg. Faculty/Scientists/Students etc.
  • Select preference for the presentation oral/poster/invited talk/stalls/kiosks.
  • Fill the information Title, Name, Designation, Organization, Correspondence address, Mobile number, Email address and complete the registration.
  • Once registered, provide details about the presenter and author(s).
  • Indicate whether you wish your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation.
  • Specify the projectile and target that best describe your work to assist with abstract categorization.
